Winters Company Acquires Gloucester, MA based Cape Ann Plumbing

The company continues to operate exclusively under the Winters Company name with its headquarters in Cambridge, Mass. and its state-of-the art training facility in Natick, Mass. The acquisition directly resulted in the hiring of six new employees by Winters Company and is part of the company's overall growth and development strategy. The purchase officially closed on September 29th.
