1. Get a visual
Before any work is done on your kitchen or bathroom our designer will come in to evaluate the remodeling area. She'll take measurements, pictures, and get a feel for what you are looking for in the finished product. From there, she will produce a 3D video model of the room. This way you get to see the finished product, but before it's finished. If any changes need to be made, we can easily adjust the job layout before we begin.

2. Order Your Materials
At Winters we order, and then store all of the materials needed for your job. This keeps your house from getting cluttered with carpentry materials. We also won't begin your job until we have received all of the materials that are needed to remodel your kitchen or bathroom -- this keeps our production time at a minimum, which keeps the time that your kitchen and/or bathroom is fully functional at a maximum!

3. Create a Schedule -- and set it in stone
As mentioned above, we want to keep our construction time in your home's most valuable rooms to a minimum. To ensure that this is done for every home, we follow a very specific checklist. Some contractors will just go in and begin ripping things out -- at Winters we work with a production consultant to map out every step of the remodeling process. These steps are followed by the entire team to keep all aspects of your job on schedule and efficient. Plan the work; Work the Plan.

4. Enjoy your new Kitchen or Bathroom
Now all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the finished product!
